The Fox Stalker Safety Zone unhooking mat measures a generous 1300mm x 850mm when opened out and is large enough to safely protect the biggest and most lively of carp.
The Safety Zone features a raised outer edge which helps to keep the fish in the centre of the mat making handling large or energetic fish easier for the angler and safer for the fish. Manufactured using a dual padding system which incorporates a bean bag style outer rim packed with micro polyballs, while the actual floor of the mat is made from extra thick and highly protective foam.
The construction results in an extremely lightweight and rotproof mat that will not absorb excess water, while the special PU coating is extremely kind to the fish and is easily wiped clean.
The Safety Zone can be pegged to the ground to keep it in position during stormy weather and folds into an easily portable format via a pair of durable clips and Velcro tag with carry handles.
Always remember to ensure the mat is thoroughly wet before placing a fish onto it and never use for more than one fish at a time.
